    we offer a 14 day return policy on unused, undamaged merchandise. if you are returning products for a refund, you will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and a 25% restocking fee for the products you return. we do not refund shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.  special orders are non-refundable. contact us via e-mail for instructions to complete your return.

    we will accept exchanges up to 14 days after purchase. products returned for exchange must be in new condition. contact us via e-mail for instructions to complete your return. if you are returning an item for exchange due to an error on our part we will cover the shipping cost.  kilo bravo ships all products via USPS OR UPS FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA E-MAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS AND PROVIDED WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT UPS RECOGNIZES AND DELIVERS TO. IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO KILO BRAVO AS UNDELIVERABLE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL POSTAGE REQUIRED TO RE-SHIP THE PACKAGE. KILO BRAVO CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ORDER ONCE THE PACKAGE IS OUT OF OUR HANDS. IF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE COMMENTS BOX WHEN PLACING THE ORDER. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE INSURANCE. WE WILL NOT REPLACE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN 'LOST IN THE MAIL' IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THE ITEM AS DELIVERED.  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIP FLATE RATE FOR $35 USD.

    WE OFFER A LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY ON everything WE BUILD. OUR LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR CONTACTS US PAGE FOR THE PRODUCT(S) BEING WARRANTIED. WRITE "WARRANTY" IN THE CONTACTS US FORM. WE WILL PROCESS THE WARRANTY ORDER AND PROVIDE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO SEND THE PRODUCT(S). MOST WARRANTY ORDERS ARE TURNED AROUND WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME WE RECIEVE THE PRODUCT(S) we are replacing. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT WITH A SIMILAR OR UPDATED PRODUCT IF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT HAS BEEN UPDATED OR DISCONTINUED. WE DO NOT REPLACED LOST HARDWARE OR BELT LOOPS. THE USER OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE SAFE FOR USE PRIOR TO USE WITH A LOADED WEAPON. IF YOU EVER HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, PLEASE CONTACT US. WE WILL RESPOND WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO RESOLVE YOUR CLAIM.
